• We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colours, specifications, dimensions and materials of the Products. However, the appearance of colours on your device may vary.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of applicable taxes. All shipping, handling and other charges will be displayed prior to checkout.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before your order is accepted. Any change will not affect orders already accepted.

• Product descriptions or images are for illustration purposes only—they form part of the contract only to the extent specified.

4. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

• After you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

• A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the Product(s) or notify you that we are ready to dispatch.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at our discretion (for example, if the product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or if payment authorisation fails). In such case we will notify you and refund any amount you have paid.

5. Payment & Security

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

• We will dispatch the product(s) to the delivery address you specify at the time of order. Please ensure the address is correct and accessible.

• The dates for delivery provided during checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier partner, customs, force‐majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss and title for the Product(s) pass to you when the product is handed over to the courier partner (i.e., once it leaves our premises). You should inspect your order immediately on receipt and notify us of any issues.

• Some categories (e.g., custom prescription lenses, personalised items, hygienic sealed products once opened) may be non-returnable. This will be clearly communicated on the relevant product page.

• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must inform us immediately upon delivery so that we can arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

7.2 Refunds

• Once we approve a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method, unless otherwise indicated.

• Refunds will be processed promptly and in any event within the time required by applicable law and our stated policy.

• If a return is initiated by you (for reasons other than defect/incorrect item) you may be responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking charges (if specified).
