At Glasses by Ahana, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of every eyewear we deliver and strive to provide a seamless post-purchase experience — transparent, fair, and hassle-free.


1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased directly from our official website www.glassesbyahana.com.
Our policy is designed in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Google Merchant Center return policy requirements, ensuring clear communication and reliable service.

We accept returns or exchanges if the product you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return, replacement, or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (with tags, case, cleaning cloth, and accessories intact).

  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase (invoice/email confirmation) are required.

Not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Custom-made or prescription lens orders (as these are personalized for you).

  • Contact lenses, lens-care solutions, or hygiene-sealed products once opened.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents after delivery.


3. Return / Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@glassesbyahana.com or info@glassesbyahana.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please mention your Order Number, Reason for Return, and attach clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect).

Step 2: Confirmation & Pickup

  • Once approved, our customer support team will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address through our courier partner.

  • Please pack the product securely in its original box with all items included.

  • Keep the invoice or a note with your name and order number inside the package.

Step 3: Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 2–3 business days.

  • If approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund immediately.

  • If rejected (due to product use/damage/missing parts), we’ll inform you by email.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (such as credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

4.2 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you share your details securely with our support team.

4.3 Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is returned (e.g., one of multiple frames), refunds will be processed for the returned product only.

4.4 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accident.

  • Custom/prescription lenses that are manufactured based on your personal prescription.

  • Frames altered by third parties after purchase.


5. Exchange Policy

We gladly offer free exchanges for eligible items if you’d like to change the color, size, or frame model (subject to availability).
If the replacement product has a different price, the difference (if any) will be charged/refunded accordingly.


6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glassesbyahana.com or call 1800-202-23023 / +91 92570 41606 with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photo/Video proof of the product and packaging

We will verify the claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us via email or phone.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can request a return after receiving it.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days of confirmation.


8. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any return/refund request if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.

  • All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch and upon return.

  • Free pickup service is available only once per order; if the customer reschedules multiple times, a nominal fee may apply.

  • If your return request is approved but the courier is unable to collect the parcel, you may be asked to self-ship and share the courier receipt for reimbursement.
