1. Free Shipping Across India
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.
Whether you’re ordering prescription glasses, sunglasses, or lenses, you’ll never be charged any hidden shipping fees.
2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment verification.

Custom or prescription lens orders may take 2–5 additional business days for lens fitting and quality checks.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully processed and ready for dispatch.
3. Delivery Time & Partners

Standard delivery time for most metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

For other cities, towns, and remote areas: 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier network availability.

We partner with reputed courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post for reliable, nationwide delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, national holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your parcel in real time.
4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pincode are correct at checkout.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, we can re-ship the order once you confirm the correct address (additional charges may apply only for re-delivery).
6. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items
We take great care while packaging and shipping your eyewear. However, if you receive:
